Ring in the New Year with Bubbles by the Sea, an intimate, Champagne-forward celebration set oceanfront at Drift. From 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM, toast to 2026 with flowing Champagne, a curated raw bar, indulgent desserts, and shimmering bubbles as fireworks light up the night sky at midnight. Live music and a festive seaside atmosphere set the tone for an elevated New Year’s Eve in Islamorada.
Dinner seating available from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
